I founded Runtriz in 2006 as its technical co-founder, built the platform, and led it as CEO to 30M+ users a year and $100M+ in client revenue across global hotel and casino brands. I ran it through its acquisition by Radius Networks.
Today I'm SVP of Product at Flybuy, where I own the hospitality business unit end to end, including engineering. I'm also Co-Founder & CPTO of CommonLight, a health-access data platform for public-sector customers.
I lead best from inside the build. I map the operator's workflow, decide where a model belongs and where plain rules win, build it, and measure what it's worth. The roles I take: VP Product, CPO, Head of Product, founding CPTO, and forward-deployed AI leadership.

03 — How I Build
The system behind the shipping speed.
I run engineering as a two-altitude system: an orchestration layer that plans and coordinates parallel coding agents, and a feature layer where they build. Every pull request passes a four-persona review panel and an evidence gate before it merges. Decisions are written down (46 decision records, 60+ session logs, git-tracked shared memory), so the system gets better instead of starting over.
When an LLM classifier was proposed to replace a working ML model, the evaluation gate rejected it: lower quality, unstable, and costly to integrate. The classic model stayed in production. Model choice follows evidence, not novelty.
